Subject: Additions/alterations in General Pool Residential Accommodation at the request of allottees.

                This is in continuation of O.M. of even number dated 20.2.2004 on the above mentioned subject.  With the approval of competent authority following amendments are made:

FOR      

Civil Works

(A) Items for which 10% of the estimated cost is to be charged from the allottees
(xi) Change of flooring with mosaic with grey/white cement, ceramic tiles (vitrified tiles excluded), kota stone or Raj Nagar marble in combination of kota stone.

        Item No. (xi) is for type VI and higher types of quarters.
